Benefits to the Command: READINESS
This program attempts to bring these issues out into the open in a non-hostile environment while providing education by female service women, with a variety backgrounds and experiences. In this forum, female leaders are able to gather information from the younger female service members that could be shared and beneficial for Commanders.
This program is driven by Service Members for Service Members outside of the chain of command, allowing service members to make connection and open up without fear of reprisal.
Avoids the cliche "familiarity breeds content". Because TF SASA is not part of the service members command, we are not discredited as their leader for exposing past mistakes or situations
